By submitting this registration form/ticket purchase for the silent disco event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in connection with my participation in the event hosted by Good Times Only. Waiver of Liability. I understand that participating in the Event carries certain inherent risks, including the risk of physical or emotional harm. Notwithstanding these risks, I wish to assume them by allowing myself and/or my child to voluntarily participate in this activity. I understand and agree that Good Times Only accepts no responsibility for my/my child's acts or the acts of others while myself or my child are participating in this activity. I voluntarily and willingly assume all such risks. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Good Times Only, its affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Good Times Only or otherwise. Equipment Return. I understand that I will be provided with a set of headphones for use during the event. I agree to return the headphones in the same condition as received, or I will be held responsible for any damages or replacement costs. Media Rights. I hereby grant Good Times Only the unrestricted right and permission to use my image, likeness, and/or voice, as well as any photographs, videos, or other recordings taken of me during the event, for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, trade, and any other lawful purpose. I acknowledge that I have been fully informed of my consent, waiver of liability, and release before agreeing to this clause. I also agree that any photograph, video or other recording may be used by Good Times Only, on the internet and/or other forms of media and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith. I agree that Good Times Only shall own the copyright in these materials and I hereby release the event host, its legal representatives or assigns from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of such photographs, videos, or other recordings or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. Accurate Information. I certify that the information provided in the registration form is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. Agreement.
